How to cleam plastic window on conv top

Glycerine is great for rubber seals tho. And an invaluable aid when wrasslin' a windshield into place!

I read on another forum where Baby oil might work too... But they were mostly using it on black rubber parts.

hmmm.....so, the 'pink wire' car has a cloudy rear window - not from sap - just cloudy....think I'll experiment since there's a new top for it.

I still want the new top - lol!

Oh, yeah, its yours - I've no use for it without the car....

I've already got some stuff here that's supposed to work miracles on the rear spoiler.

Great! Its a black rubbery material

Has the snow started at your place yet? Its icing here right now

Nah, raining here - too hot for snow/ice. Might be some flurries in the morning, but none of it will stick.

it's an Alfa!!!

Kenny? Judges?

Yeah, pretty ain't she...

hmmm... somehow I don't think THAT'S the car... me thinks that car don't like going *only* 80MPH all day long... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

It was only a 30 mile trip, Rob....hehehehe...cranked it y'day but weather was too bad to take it out...too cold/rainy/icy today...maybe Monday when its supposed to be 60 degrees again!

Haven't gotten her up to 160mph yet tony?

80mph's just when all the cool engine noises start to kick in!

Speedo goes way up there so I'm betting the engine will also!

I'm stickin' to it being an Alfa Romeo SPyder... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Speedo is a *bit* optimistic, but not much.

My knees give out before the engine does... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/jester.gif

....and if'n ya want, I have one of the 85 MPH speedos here just gatherin' dust. Instruments in mine are now from a '69 coupe.

Well, I drive rather conservatively, so I doubt I'll ever see 3 digits in it anyway. I do enjoy ripping through the gears up 'til 60 - 70 mph though. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Heck, 70 is on the left side of center on that speedometer!
