Can't walk to far these days. However, if you are referring to the float needle and seat here goes: Remove the carb bowl tops. You will see a small shinny pin holding the float lever assembly to the top.slide the pin out and remove the float.Using a properly sized socket unscrew the needle assy from the top. Keep track of the number of paper washers between the top and the assy. Using the same no of washers from your repair kit reinstall the assy and tighten throughly. Reinstall the float lever. Now turn the lid upside down insert a 5/16" rod between the hump in the float's lever and the bowl top blow through the fuel inlet no air should pass.Reverse the bowl top and you should have free air passage.
