How stupid can a man be?

Cats hold vendettas too. Just ask the three young hoodlums (read punks) that taunted a big tiger at the SF zoo years ago. Tiger managed to clear its enclosure, escape onto zoo grounds and track down each hoodlum - completely ignoring other people along the way. Hoodlums were mauled at the zoo's cafe. Poor Tatiana was put down after the attack. > San Francisco Zoo tiger attacks - Wikipedia <

I've seen the "vendetta" behavior in domestic cats as well. Shoulda been the tormentors who got the jab.

The flipside of that is treat them with love and respect and you'll have a loyal companion for life.

Pill Pockets are the best thing since sliced bread.

Our Toy Poodle had to take pills every day. Before pill pockets it was always a fight after pill pockets she would be waiting for her treat.

You're lucky; our miniature poodle requires gourmet cheese.

Vendetta is right. I think I posted before in another thread, SWWBO and Miss Kitty never really got along. The darn cat from time to time relieved her bowels in momma's tennis shoes. That was a 22 year relationship too.

Every feline I've known had their own personality. And I've known a bunch. Had a Siamese male from ten weeks old, he traveled with us in MG's and the Elan. First dangling from a knob on the dashboard in a blue Crown Royal bag. Later would ride across my shoulders, watching the scenery. If the speed dropped under fifty MPH he would maaw softly in my ear to pick up the pace. He was leash trained and would confuse folks when we'd make a rest stop for him to relieve himself in the "dog walks." He was an indoor guy, we lived in a first floor apartment of a two story, eight apartment building. If some random person would come into the entrance and to the door, he would sit at the inside and in a guttural, growling, yowling Siamese voice, basically "warn" the intruder they were unwelcome. Very few would stick around. Better that a barking dog!
