I'm not so sure. There is a resurgence of interest in working with your hands. From makers doing it as a hobby to more people going into the trades rather than some generic business degree that will be AI'ed ouf of existence in the next 6 months.

I honestly think there will be a huge turning away from the soul sucking technology and back to the pride of "built, not bought".
