How many miles did you drive your AH in 2006?

Well, I thought I was the only one that didn't drive their Austin-Healey very much! I didn't get 500 miles on mine this year. What little driving I did was great, trouble-free and very enjoyable. Looking forward to this year - hoping to enjoy the old girl a lot more!

keoke, ya godda love these guys what thinks risking a paper cut is "work"- the only time i go out to the garage is to get in "the beast" to drive it,i put at least 2500 miles on the odometer and right now at 11:51 thursday im about to get in the healey and put on some more miles with top down, ya godda love global warming at least in the north east, tahoe healey how ya doin out there?- snow? i aint afraid ah no stinkin snow!
 
Yes, 7777, its snowing right now for the first time in two weeks. We really have very little and we are therefore worried about fires this summer and fall. Can I store the Healey some place safe away from the forest? They say snow is like sex. You never know when you are going to get it or how much you are going to get.
I only got 1800 miles this year cause the gear box was funky. Actually, the gear box got another 2400 there and back for the repair. Does that count?

We did about 2,800 miles in our 66 BJ8. Bought the car in February 2006. Expect to have more miles in 2007.
 
I've done about 3,000 last year. Mostly to work and out to the lake to sail. That's not many miles, but the quality was something else. Since I found a hard top last year, plan on more use this winter. I wish I had bought the hard top 40 years ago. It makes a big difference.

Here's a really sad answer...spent a couple of weeks in spring getting all tuned up....purrs like a kitten and drove .bout 1.5 miles all county road to main drag and back. That's the problem with having too many to choose from my germans seem to get the majority of raod time.
Basil needs to pull the spring meet togehter.....
 
I managed to rack up almost 5 miles this year(in just one night too). Been sitting inside with an undiagnosed engine noise the last couple of years. Found the problem last month and took it out for a quick joy ride to Sonic. Now it has just over 34,000 original miles. When rhd Bugeye gets finished, it will get some miles stacked up.
 
2800, and it was all back roads in MD, VA and PA. A lot of driving around Gettysburg, and the mountains west of Frederick, MD.
