It's the day after the day after.

Friday was a holiday too. I need to mail stuff. No wonder they are going broke.

And I think mail still goes out today just no delivery.
Does your country post office have kiosk?
 
It's a holiday today (Monday) because New Year's Day was on a weekend, so therefore people who get a stat holiday off don't really get a long weekend, so now they do... Although I had to work today, when most of my other friends got the day off... *sigh*
 
Most who work in the Public Sector get the day off as a holiday.

Most who work in the Private Sector return as working stiffs.

My world has always been the latter.

It wasn't. Neither was Saturday.

Post office here was closed both days. Only one employee. She wasn't sick as they always send in someone to cover.
 
I had mail delivered on Saturday.
