Hi folks - quick question. I just drained the Bugeye's transmission oil and I can't find reference info on how full I need to refill her.

I believe it is to the bottom of the filler plug, but want to double check before I actually do it.

She is a 1960 with a ribbed case.

Haynes guide is of no use here - I did check before asking!

I forget the exact amount right now, 1 qt something(I think 1/4). Or just below the filler hole. Lets see what other say, it has been a while for me.

Skip, from empty, the ribcase takes 2.7 pints, or about a quart and a half, of the same oil you use in the engine.
Oh. and get a Bentley book.
Jeff

Thanks guys - Bentley book is on order but didn't arrive yet and I wanted to get cracking.

As usual - thanks a bunch and for being patient with me while I learn!
