.....then he just called me back, "Hey man, ya know I could probably get it cheaper and flip it." I told him it was in Fairfax, "I'm about to go through Fairfax, got a phone number for me?"
No number in the ad and price is firm. I said he at least need to go look at it. Gonna call him back and talk him into at least going to look at it.
hehehehe. Oh well, he has been single for 42 years. He'll be used to it again.
