How do I install Bugeye heat shield?

The heat shield that came with my bugeye when I bought it was in pretty poor shape. I finally bought one from Ashley Hinton on Ebay. I am not sure where the heat shield bolts on the bottom hole - does this bolt to the breather tube bolt? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is it a fuel pump bolt? I have never seen one like that. Looks like an orginal.
 
Kevin, seems almost too obvious but have you shot Ashley Hinton an email with your question? Would love to know what they said.

I thought about that after I posted, Charlie. It takes a while to get a reply sometimes - just thought the forum would be faster. I will do that when I get home tonight.
I'm dead in the water until I get my gaskets from Moss anyway.

I've emailed them before about buying their front plate plinth and <span style="font-style: italic"><span style="text-decoration: underline">never</span></span> received a reply.
