How do I get a hold of Hap?

I know the smooth case days are numbered in my Bugeye. I have a spare smooth case and rib case thanks to Bill M and 68 Sprite. I am toying with the idea of putting the insides from the rib case into the smooth case. I seem to remember Hap talking about doing this before. How do I get a hold of him here?
