MGB House hunting and saw an old TR3

Out in Idaho now and went out house hunting. Interestingly in the garage at one house I stumbled across a TR3 and plenty of tools and parts. Looks like enthusiasts are to be found all over!

Nice find. We are everywhere...

Yes prefer to go from one house to another but need to sell one first! (minor technicality!) It seams that since I bought my house in 2009 the mortgage gestapo has taken over. With the mortgage crash and "free and open lending" it seams naturals that the regulations have swung completely the opposite direction. I think I will have to give them some DNA and commit my first born to servitude! oh well....

I'm glad I'm not in the mortgage market right now. In the long run it's probably a good thing that lending standards have tightened up again, but I've heard it can be a serious PITA to get through the paperwork now. Good luck!
