The BCF Threads database is getting too big si tonight I'm going to purge all but the last day or two's threads and posts so we can start over. Hope this isn't too much of an inconvenience.

Are you talking about wiping the marquee forums? MG, Healey etc.
 
Basil - does *purge* = delete?

So all topics, in all BCF forums before the last couple of days disappear? as in zapped into oblivion?

I bought it because it was done a couple years ago. Not wholesale, but a weeding out of banter that may have choked the search engine. It was also a time when the server probably didn't have that much space allotted to it. I would have volunteered to weed, but I got a job starting tomorrow. Which reminds me, I gotta’ go to sleep.
