It's ok, but I hate it when someone hot-rods a nice car like that by stuffing a small black chevy in it. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

I saw an SCCA race at Continental Divide Raceways in the summer of 1963 where the fastest car on the track was an XK-140 with a Cadillac V-8. It was faster than the brand-new Sting Rays on the staight and could hold its own with the new XKEs in the curves. I just found out last night from a guy who also saw the car race back then that it was also a champion hill climb car and was called "The Jagillac." It was built and owned by the same man in Lakewood, Colorado, who also built the custom "Bocar" in the 1950s. The Bocar was also powered by that first Cadillac OHV V-8. So, customizing a Jag XK with a V-8 is definitely nothing new. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/nonod.gif
