No, this isn't a comment on my '02 Accord but a real car I saw today in the Sterling Farms golf course parking lot - a bright yellow Honda Beat. Never heard of it before. Not sold here. Little thing - 63 horse mid engine, right hand drive, power windows, a/c! Looks like a sawed-off MR2 - look it up online. Dealer named Duncan in VA apparently has one (some?) for sale. Turns out I even know the owner - Bob, a member of our local car club. He's the guy who let me drive his S-2000 last summer. he also has a TD and an XKE I believe. Check it out.

It’s an all weather go-kart.

Is the Beat the car that raced against James May on a vintage Cub through Tokyo to deliver lunch to the President of Honda?
If so, that was a cool little car.

1972 Honda 600 all grown up.
