Enclosed Goldwing....hehehehe. I see it has the super rare Coke-brakes
We had one of these at the vintage shop I worked at. Neat little car. Total body rip-off of a Mini. had the Corvair style round-the-corner belt setup
 
May have been an enclosed Goldwing but it was only a 600cc twin (Goldwing power would have made it FLY!!)

So, Bill, buy it and stick a Goldwing power plant in it!

If I recall, the first weak spot is "reverse" on those things.
Second is the rest of the vehicle....
