I ~just~ this AM posted a reply to Rob (Nunyas) about the uptime on my firewall, too!! So-far the UPS has kept it up. 206 days so far... I got shut down here inna garage, tho. And a mad scramble to shut down 'n unplug all th' 'lectronics in th' hovel.

Seems to be slowin' down now. Thing blew thru here like a freight train.

Watch the back side of it, Bro - can come back and bite ya!

They got it worse than we did here. Polk county got whacked.

Be safe, Doc, and be sure your homeowner's insurance is up to date!

My heart goes out to all the folks down south who've been hit by the tornadoes recently. Seems it always happens to people who can least afford a catastrophe: uninsured; mobile homes, etc. Really tragic.

Best wishes to all you folks in the path of nature's fury. :yesnod:

All over but th' shoutin' here. No damage to any of my junk. whew.

yeah just came through here bunch of rain no biggie

Lots of lightning, windy in places, very heavy rain in places...typical idiot drivers who refuse to put their lights on too. Nothing like not being able to see a medium-gray minivan coming at you on a canopy road in a heavy downpour.

variety in your weather..... such a novel concept....

really though, glad everyone's ok

It's been so dry here th' crickets are jus' wheezin'... :jester:

This is the first real "storm" we've seen in a long time. But it's been COLD too long this winter, AFAIC. Finally seein' shorts-n-flip-flop temps again. I wuz havin' withdrawl symptoms. :smirk:

great, that little dump of water will have all the night time cirtters out and makin' a racket tonight for ya then

Lullaby compar'd t' all that SCRATCHIN' they *been* doin'.

maybe my grass (I mean weeds) will start growing again now that its rained

front yard looks like a desert

it always amazed me at how the B's tiny little 1.8 sounded a LOT bigger than it really is. Especially when you put on an exhaust that didn't completely cancel out the purrs

dadgummet... dun got my foruhm postings crossed again!
