High quality window winders?

I'm on the hunt for high quality window winders. I've gone through several sets of the cheap plastic ones from Moss et al and I've managed to break off several of them by catching them with my pant leg getting in the car. Also the knobs have become all loose and wobbly.

Right now I'm looking at these all metal ones...

Anyone have any experiences with them? I want something that's rock solid and won't flex or loosen up over time if I don't quite grasp the knob and rotate it spot on.

I replace the broken plastic knob with a small chrome cabinet handle knob.
Just drill out the rivet where the plastic knob mounts to the handle, replace it with a cabinet knob of your choice but use a short 8/23 screw with 2 washers and a drop of locktite.
Keep the knob just loose enough to rotate as you wind the window.
The small chrome knobs also work great on Bugeye door latches too.

By all means get the High Speed raceing ones with the cool lightning holes.
