High beam Lamp

My 1961 Bug Eye is in great shape and everything works. Recently the lamp which indicates if the head light is on high beam burned out. I cannot red the numbers on the bulb except 12V. What wattage should be used?

Thanks for your help. My workshop manual does not show the type of bulb to use.

You can just take the bulb into a good auto parts store and have them match it.
i remember taking one to carquest once.

I have the plastic light tube to the high beam warning light that has lost the ground tabs for grounding the bulb.
Is there any replacement tubes available?
