ok well I woke the mk2 today
after a lot of trying Kitty fired up and idled nicely
one tire was a bit low, she is now chargeing up her battery in the back yard which is still coverd with snow

oh i will have my comeuppance when i adjust the parking brake.
I have to do the speedo and the choke and get it through the EU inspection.
but yes it is a late spring here in norway
