Hi guys - can you help establish a date range?

Likely mid-spring or maybe early summer, 1960. (Reference point: I know TS71909L was built 3/28/60 and TS73624L was built April 15, and gearboxes ran close enough in number to commission numbers as a rule to expect your gearbox to be not all that much later.)
