Hey everyone! I currently drive a Mini Cooper and I’ve really enjoyed its fun handling and city-friendly size. But I’m starting to think about upgrading to something a bit more refined and powerful.

I’ve been eyeing the Jaguar XE – it looks sleek, has solid performance, and feels like a step up in terms of comfort and luxury. But I’m open to other suggestions too, especially if there’s a British car that offers a better balance of reliability, driving experience, and value.

Is the Jaguar XE a good next move from a Mini, or would you recommend something else?
Would love to hear your thoughts, especially if you’ve made a similar switch!

Thanks in advance!

welcome - looks like I am the first reply. If you want to stick 'British' - I know neither are any longer - Jags are a great deal. Anyone I know who owns one loves it. We had a Mini (2016) which was a hoot to drive - can't tell you anything about Jags except to say that I like them a lot.
