just joined today great site working on unearthing a mk111 from the bottom of a pile of rubble from what i have found so far it appears to be a 1966 serial # HBJ8L34041 its all there and doesnt have any real damage other than rust hope to pull it out soon and have a better look will keep you posted

Thanks yes barn is way out in a field I am trying to save this car the barn is full of auto parts cars ect havnt worked out the details yet but think the car is free jacked it up and frame is not rusted on the outside it has no title but the process does not seem insurmountable here in va......trying to save it and i did register it with what i had

Good for you as that one surely needs rescuing ! Always advise someone new to the Healey world to join the two national Austin Healey clubs. There is Austin Healey Club of America (www.healeyclub.org) and Austin Healey Club USA ( www.healey.org). Both bring a wealth of knowledge and articles that will help you. Best initial investment you can make !
