benn a member for a week or so but have been watching for a while

located in Brisbane, Australia

own a TR6 '75 PI model in French blue which I bought in 1989, sold in 1992 when I needed money for a new house, found by accident 2 years ago after finishing paying the last of the private school fees for the 4th child. So I had an clear from my wife to buy it because " it was meant to be" thereby cancelling all rational arguments re 3rd car etc.

also own a red '65 TR4 which is just about to be recommissioned with a new 89mm piston motor, ported 4A head, extractors, hot cam, new moldex crank, lightened flywheel, Ali radiator, new water pump, facet fuel pump, roller rockers and Mikuni carbs - been a while in the making but should make a fun road / sometime track car.

have learnt a lot about both cars in last 2 years and with help of a couple of mechanic mate shave managed to do a lot of work on both cars so hope I can contribute to the forum as well as soaking up all the info here
