Now Dale do you mean a redhead with a bad temper and a leprechaun and the pasta was ugly?

Must be the Sunday thing. I'm watching some ball and have had a sauce cooking since noon. About to head out for some veggies to make a nice salad. Probably having Spagetti for the pasta tonight.

My favorite is second day sauce. All though it rarley happens with a fourteen year old in the house. Day old sauce an some fresh pasta and a chunk of french bread toasted with garlic butter. Mmmm cant be beat.

the pasta noodles for 8 hours and then warmed up a can of 'sghetti sauce
and dumped it it on top of the congealed glob of pasta.

Oddly enough the same around here it tis.
Overly cooked pasta is something me taste buds and me stomach just c`not tolerate.

Tis me favorite Mexican fanfare `round here t`night
Spanish rice an re fried beans, A bit of home made Pico De gallo, along with some Carne Quesada {a South Texas thing kinda like beef tips N gravy ..... cept with Cumin, Garlic, Green Chilis, Tomato and Green Bell Peppers added} and some homemade Torts. Jalapenos and your favorite cheese on the side is a plus.
Pretty good eatin` ifn yer stomach can handle spicy stuff and you don`t mind yer lips ablaze for a minute or two.

Kerry--

Send me a take out order for four.

Just finished simple standby of roast chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. Add three bean salad and half a loaf of french bread, I'm full. And there is another meal left.

I'm going to give another shot at seafood risotto this week. First time it was great, last time awful. My wife is a great cook so when I do something like that it is so long in between I can't remember what I put in it.
