I'm no expert, but agree with what Mickey said. It's interesting composition, but the lighting looks off for the camera settings (Oreos not dark enough and the milk looks kinda yellow).
Love the composition. very clever. I agree, the Oreos and the bag look heavily airbrushed, and fake. looks to be an older professionally reworked advertisement.
It's gotta be an older pic, I haven't seen Oreos in a single-stacked, unmarked tube in a long time.
that and the yellowness of the pic really says 70's to me.
Those are just critical things, overall I like the pic.
You think Oreos last long enough around here to become antiques?!
What was this thread about anyway?..... I'm curious to know what the input was needed for.
we need Sherlock to chime in. He's one with a good eye when it comes to photos.
BTW, good one Greg.
as a serious observation, I think whoever took the pic got the perspective perfect on Spidy and the Oreo. It almost 3-D
That wasn't really a critique I guess I'd be more impressed if it didn't have that annoying look of an instagram picture
Roberto Bernardi has some incredible paintings like that (maybe that's one of his, I really don't know):
This Dru Blair painting probably started a fascination with hyper realistic non-photographic art on the net many years ago (it's airbrush artwork, but still paint ) :
