So my dad has owned something like 4 triumph spitfires in his lifetime. He currently owns 2, one that he drives to British car shows and another that is in decent shape but doesn't currently run. So growing up around the neat little cars, i've always wanted one of my own. However, i've always liked the GT6's more than the spitfires. So a guy in the British club my dad is in had a GT6+ for sale and i bought it about a week ago. It's a 1970 GT6+ that needs a good amount of work. It will need to be completely rewired electrically, the paint and rust needs to be removed (luckily there are FEW spots where its rusted through) then repainted, and the interior will need to be installed. I'm going to post some pictures of it so let me know what you guys think!
As soon as i get my garage up to par, i will try to keep a photo log on all my progress and keep you guys updated along the way. But let me know what you think and if you have any advice already then i'll gladly take all that i can get! Thanks guys.
