**** happens then you fix it! Checked out your utube - cool!!

Good to hear that you're back (been wondering where you were off to) and glad that the muffler made it all right.

Bummer on the damage, though! Good luck on the repairs, I'm sure Tony's got what you need (though he's still in Korea if I remember correctly).

That stinks

Sorry about you misfortune. It is a sad day, but sometimes something like this sparks a needed improvement that we all need to make. A couple yrs ago a couple friends were on a British car run when the front car stopped and the car behind didn't. This has sparked the installation of third brakelights on a lot of British cars in this area. Its simple to do, cheap, and statistically it increases the visibility of your brake lights. This doesn't solve your problem, but it might keep someone else from the same type of damage.

I feel your pain! When I was in Greece for a year, I had asked my wife to start my EType once in awhile in the garage just to keep things flowing. Well, one day she went to start it and forgot to take it out of gear (or put in the clutch). It had a new paint job too! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cryin.gif

Zim - hate that for you...I'm flying home on Wednesday - arrive around 6pm
