the Midgets come in 3 varities. The original Bugeye was a Sprite. MG made no equivilant. the MKII Sprite /MKI Midget (same car) is when it became the "Spridget" then later in the 70s the Midget got the 1500cc Triumph Spitfire engine and the "Spitfidget" was born.
