Just talked to Nisonger,VERY BRIEFLY, told me to call back on Monday they were in a flood. You getting rain in that area??

The rain in this area has been very heavy. Lots of road flooding etc. There's been a couple of inches dumped so far, but it's winding down now.

It's pouring here in MA / RI. I went down to Fall River to pick a frame up at the platers during lunch and the rain was coming down in sheets. It looked like golf ball sized rain drops. I've never seen rain drops that big before.

No sign of wind down yet, but we're east of NY so it will take a while.

No, but that snow bank I cut a channel through closed up and I now have a good bit of water in my garage though... I'd rather have the snow at this point, it wouldn't have put my driveway under water and let the water in my garage....

If it's not the one thing it's always the other...

Dennis

We had a couple inches last night here at The Soggy Bottom Facility.

Catoctin Creek rose over the road, but it's back down now.

The Bottom is indeed soggy. Looks like I won't be getting the TR3 out anytime soon:

I was just down at Nisongers last Friday dropping off my speedo, it had been acting up. Probably having roof issues, hopefully that is and not under water...
Dennis

You also don't have to pump snow out of your basement.....

Dennis- I think they said they were using your speedo case as a baling bucket.

With the way things are going here, I wouldn't doubt it. Hopefully it's working better that way then as a speedo.. If not then he's in a lot of trouble... ;-)

and I thought Alan was off playin' out on a snowboard someplace.

He's supposed to be out my way. Skiing should be good here, we've had a couple days straight of decent storms, lots of fresh snow in the mountains where I live. He should be having a great trip.

If we don't hear from him soon, somebody send out the St Bernards!

I've got my snowshoes ready...

Pretty sure he was going to be out here until midweek next week.

I'll suggest Cuervo 1800 as his "Remedy of Choice" from personal experience! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

THAW the man OUT!!!

I just hope he's having a great day on the slopes enjoying the snow!
