A Monza increases the gas mileage as well as making it sound like a duck on steroids. I'd never have given mine away if I'd known that...

HaHa, I like that; I think all those Hondas out there with the f**t can on the back end sound just like that!

Once again someone selling a high ticket item with 0 feedback! Monza or not, no bids from me!

Looks like a decent car to me. Someone should go and check it out in person.

Where do these guys buy the cameras that they use for these ads? Talk about junk pictures! If they're not smart enough to make it look good in the pictures that will sell it, how much attention do you think they actually paid to care for the car?

I particularly like the part where he said engine was taken out and a complete overhaul was done for over $2K! Wonder who did it for that price, Walmart?

Maybe he did it himself. I never farm out work I can (learn to) do in my own shop. Engines are fun and my 4cyl only cost about $1K for the parts and head work I needed.

what's wrong with an under 2k engine overhaul? the labor the shop quoted me for was a bit over 900 dollars. the pistons and other random replacement parts only cost me about 500. am i missing something?

$2,000.00 seems like it would be an average price to do a simple rebuild of a TR6 motor. I would think just about any shop would want that job at $2 grand.
