what I hope will be a long line of photos showing the complete restoration of "Jacob", the bug of many colors.

It has been setting here for 5 to 7 years just waiting for me to find and covet it.

Much thanks to Jollyroger for parting with one of his (no cancer) vehicles and passing it on to me.

Expect to pick it up in Jan sometime and start on what just might be a one or two year project as I expect to rework every nut bolt and screw. This will not be a show car but a new car.

Guess I also need to say thanks to all you folks who are so willing to share your experiences and tricks of the trade.

That little thing looks awfully comfortable & warm in its present location...but it sure does look like a good starting point!
