I could sell the house, the kids, the wife, all my worldly possessions - and make a down payment.
 
I would apply for one but the rejection might be hard to take.

Also my wife would not be happy if her car had to stay outside. The TR takes up the other side of the garage.

I'm pretty sure it is out of my price range without even deciding whether I have to ask.
