Mine was so bl---y heavy, I did it on the floor and on a large block of wood while I sat on a stool. It's in now with a frend's help and all I have to do is hang everything on it.

I used a jig that I kinds copied from Bill Rawles and made up from scrap, it was on wheels so I could move it around and I could rotate the engine through 90 degrees to work on the top/bottom or ends, made life easy. I only wish that I took more photos of the build.
