We are finishing up the Spit6 project and are going to try and help someone finish a project of their own. If you know of someone who needs a rolling chassis with complete drivetrain and like new tires, plus the hood for a ’74 Spitfire in the Charlotte area. For the right project we can make you the deal of the century. This was a weekend driver before we started on the Spit6. The only reason we would want anything is to keep the parts sellers from jumping in for the quick turnover.
Send me a PM with your project, as we don’t see the point in breaking all this up when lots of owners would like to have enough to get it all done on one that has sat around for years waiting on a frame. If no one can use it all we might part it out, but that is to be determined, just a more painful way to get it out of the way. We have a place to store it for a few weeks, but the sooner the better.
It will require a trailer..
Wayne and Tommy, (Spit6 project managers)
