You could try Kelsey Publications who produce Triumph World along with various other classic car magazines - news(at)kelsey.co.uk
Also there are many car clubs who would put an article in their magazine. Certainly the TR Register, Stag Club, Club Triumph, Sports Six Club, MG Enthusiast Club, MG Car Club, Jaguar ... There is a full list in Practical Classics Magazine.
Classic and Sports Car is another good magazine to try.
