HELP! Newsletter fodder

I’m looking for volunteers to help with inputs for the August Newsletter (which I'm working on now by the way). I need good writers to write a couple of short articles for the Newsletter. Look at past Newsletters in the Newsletter Archives Forum for ideas of the types of Articles that might be appropriate. Also, if you know of any posts that have really good automotive tips, let me know.

PM me if you want to help. I always like to include stuff from the members in the Newsletter – makes it more interesting I think than just me pontificating. Also, if you do know of some good posts that might make a good “Tip of the Month” be sure to copy and past the URL to the post when you PM me.

You could always do coverage of the recent large MG events. MG 2006 and GoF West 2006 come to mind.

That would be great - need volunteer or two to help write articles /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I could help with Gof. I think I'm the only one from the BBS who went! I do have a trip report HERE but could write a little something about the event itself I suppose.

That would be lovely! Perhaps a synopsis of the event based on your trip report (200-300 words) and maybe a picture or two?

I wrote a small article about one of the current threads on the forum... It's in Word format - how do I get it to you? Not sure if it's up to snuff, as I'm not a writer... but I'll let you decide.

/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif I'll email it in the morning... I wrote it at work, so it's still on that computer... Work has been dead all week.

Sent it about an hour ago.

Sure did. - I need to check my email more often though.
