TR2/3/3A help needed

You might also mention which way you are heading in case there is no one in San Antonio to help.

You can, of course, start and drive w/o the benefit of a clutch. Not something I care to do in city traffic (though I have) but a practical alternative for interstate travel where you can drive hours w/o having to shift.

If a rebuild of your old M/C would work - then almost any Girling .75 seal will work (TR, Jaguar, others) - I mention that in case there is a BAP auto parts or something similar where you are now.

Hey Russ...tried your number but it won't go through. If you can milk it to ft worth you are welcome to the one off my car...

There appears to be 3 BAP/Geon parts stores in Houston in case that is useful (none shown for San Antonio):

Store 21 3403 Gulf Freeway Houston TX 77003 713-227-1544
Store 22 6423 Richmond Ave. Houston TX 77057 713-783-5122
Store 23 5900 North Freeway #106C Houston TX 77076 713-695-0315

Kerrville is only an hour north of San Antonio. VTR will be held there 4-22 thru 4-25. Maybe you'll be forced to wait and hope MOSS or TRF brings one along -or someone has a spare. If you do happen thru Houston, I'm only a few miles off I-10 near the middle beltway (8-Sam Houston), I'd be happy to help, but I don't have a spare MC.

I have a feeling you have a bigger story than 'desperately' fully describes.

I wish you better luck.

Russ if you are still in need, try the South Texas Triumph club in San Antonio - from their website, Kent Kinard is president and lists his number as 210 859 9272

Tried to text you myself but not sure it went through, I have a spare, but in Houston area like Jerry.

Thanks for your advice and offers. I've had a good vacation inspite of my clutch problems. Back in Florida, nearly home. I've started a new thread addressing the clutch (hydraulic) problems.
