Help! Need source for "correct " trunk hinges...

Country flag
Offline
I'm not particularly happy with the ones currently available from Moss. Does anyone know of other sources for the "pointier" trunk hinges?

Thanks!

Hi Randi, I think they all come out of the same bin.But you might give Virginia a call at Sports & Classics they may have NOS ones on hand. However, if you are not in a big hurry for them original ones that need replating come up on Ebay quite regularly. there was a passel of them on there recently.---Fwiw---Keoke

keoke is correct as usual, about sports and classics.im sure they also have used ones to be replated if thats the way you would like to go,nothin wrong with that! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hammer.gif

Is Sports & Classics still run (owned?) by Jon Peters? I used to buy from them twenty (20) years ago, but didn't know if they were still in business.

Anyone have their phone number?

Edit: where's my manners? Thanks guys, I appreciate the lead!

Randi, S & C have a web site Just type it in the search box and you will get the whole nine Yards.Oh Yes John is still there ,but Virginia is Prettier---Keoke /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I got mine from Healey Surgeons. I took my old ones along to to the shop and compared. They appear correct to me. Speak with Inan.
