Help me evaluate a Bugeye

Drew,I have a friend here in SF who brought a Morris van from Australia, so I can provide some leads in that direction as well. I also know someone there who may also be familiar with this car, should you decide to go this route.

Notice this car has a modified rear deck.

The modded rear deck turns me off for this car. Hadn't thought about checking in Australia, but I suppose the shipping certainly could be similar... something else to think about.

Drew,

I'd run from that one and the price is way too much. Needs back of bonnet metal replaced looks to be Bondo in there and A Post repair kit to be sure.

Thanks Paul, I hadn't checked the Sebring site out in a while. Less that 7000 Lb for a aluminum Sebring sounds like a bargain! I wont one!!

Kurt.

Definitely a neat project, but not for me. Will make someone a great Sprite, though.

PM sent, Marv...
