TR6 Help me - circuit breaker above horn relay

Why do I have that big red wire going from C1 on horn relay to the circuit breaker, and what connects to the other terminal of the circuit breaker? I’m a little challenged on wiring, but I don’t see this on the ‘73 wiring diagram. WARNING - I’m just starting installation of the main harness so I might be annoying for a week or two.

Funny how when I look at pictures of what I’m asking about, a light bulb flickers dimly... does the purple yellow need to connect to that terminal on the circuit breaker?

That's not factory ..There were no circuit breakers on the TR6.
That was done by a Prior Owner or his mechanic. My guess was that maybe he once had air horns that he wanted tap into the circuit for the original Lucas horn circuit to power them.. and he just used a circuit breaker in lieu of a fuse to protect the wiring.

Looks like a new harness, there is nothing hooked up on the other side of the red wire,just take it out doesnt belong there
