Found this part in the pile of bits that came with my Bugeye. Seems familiar but I could be making that up. Any ideas?

On every project of "N" parts, there is always "N+1" available. This is "+1." Toss it. :joyous:
 
That is the adapter for a single HS2 carb's air cleaner, ie for a Morris Minor. I have a bunch of them, how many do you want?
