Help from Car Owners needed!

Hi!

I've been working with a friend (a real car enthusiast) on developing a car 'social network' for sharing cars and rating cars (uploading pictures, rating, commenting…. Etc). We also hope, in time, it may lead to events and connecting with owners of cars too.

We worked on the site a bit last year (version 1), and I've been tweaking it over the last week or so in order to release this new version.

I could really do with some help from some car enthusiasts to sign up and upload photos of their cars.
The address of the site is: https://www. PLEASE READ RULE #1 (That you agreed to upon joining)

I would really appreciate some visitors and registrations to test the site, and get some feedback!

Thanks for your help, any feedback, feel free to post away.

1. IMPORTANT: British Car Forum is for enthusiasts of British cars only! Due to the large amounts of spam posts we have had in the past, we have almost zero tolorance for new members who join just to post links to other web sites, especially if they are not British Car related sites.

Ali:

Feedback: Not to be rude but I don't know you from beans.
I am safe and secure with the massive firewalls surrounding
the BCF. We have interesting forums and nice car photos.

I think, I'll take a rain check.

Best wishes,

d

You gotta admit, that's a funny name for a web site!

(you'll have to figure out how to find it since the name has been erased from his post)

When I first got my Triumph last spring, I joined a number of sites, posted photos, etc., but soon found that the BCF was my home for the hobby. Good luck with your attempt, but I find no reason to visit your new site anytime in the near future.

Good Luck with your project!

All hail the BCF!

And just how could someone think they could compete with Basil and the BCF.

BCF was not my first and is not my only British car forum. I know there is a lot of cross pollinations between the two among the Triumph members. I would NEVER join a forum that someone posted. I just figured out why Basil, or one of his helpers, has not removed this thread, the URL was changed instead. Way to go!!

Oh, the gibbet is reserved for the worst offenders! The head on the pike is akin to not much more than a slap on the wrist.
