HELP, off the path
I bought a BMS thermostat system from Ventstar T1100REC/T1100RF, for a "simple" oil burner/steam unit" and customer service is closed (go figure).
The unit has a remote thermostat, and when I hook it it up with the red/white wires all looks good, I get power light at remote/reader and the unit turns on the furnice for a second or so and then shuts down,
I think that it maybe the transformer voltage, but do not know what it is? It was an original mercury system.
Any ideas?
