Hello!

I just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. After a lengthy absence from British steel, I have taken the plunge back into the deep end and am now starting the engine rebuild on a 86 Vanden Plas that has coughed up it's head gasket (clogged cat converter). I have worked on many British cars professionally but this is the first Jag I could call my own. (did own a few MGB's, but alas twas many moons ago...)I guess these cats are drawn to one another as I have recently picked up another XJ6 (83) in need of some work ( I know, 2 projects is insane...but it was priced right and doesn't take up THAT much room in the drive) I do my own work and am mostly trying to hook up with other Jag owners in the Ohio Valley and would love to chat about anything cat related...okay cats with 4 wheels...Thanks and see you on the forum.
