Hello Kevin, and thanks for starting this thread and I hope you find your special TVR soon. By the way, the one you mentioned in the TVR Times would be a good starter. It's located only 3 hours from me.
Also, do plan to join us in May for Woodwork/Carlisle as it will be a great experience for you, and any of the rest of you out there.
I'll not use this forum to debate the pros and cons of where to have Woodwork etc, since that was dealt with in the Winter 2005 issue of the TVR Times. Could it eventually move elsewhere??? Well, anything's possible. This new venue for 2006 is an attempt to breathe some fresh blood into the event which had suffered from declining attendance for over 10 years and also to expose far more people to the TVR marque. So I hope as many of you as possible will drive, trailer, fly, or whatever means of transportation works for you and come enjoy the weekend. Last year, we had several people drive well over 1,000 miles to attend, not to mention those from the UK and Germany who attended.
So come on out and enjoy. And Kevin, let me know if you have any TVR related questions that I can help you with at any time. (tvrccna@cox.net).
