I'm Michelle, a Brit that now live in the Hudson Valley in NY. I've always loved the TR6 and recently rescued a 1975 TR6 from a friends garage. It runs, but needs some heavy welding and body work and well basically everything fixing having sat at some point out side with a hole in it's roof for 3 year or more!! Luckily I have a wonderful local garage that's helping do the big stuff and then I'm going to take it from there and do the reset of the restoration myself (with my highly patient husbands help). I've no clue what I'm doing, but I'm stubborn, determined and can't wait to get started!!

You'd be surprised how many of us felt the same when we started here!

Good to have you with us.

Welcome Michelle...I have 2 years work into MY TR-6. It runs pretty good now, but it was a mess when I took it of the transport truck from Florida. [Mostly mechanical issues]. My TR turned 53 today [build date 11-16-72], and I will turn 80 tomorrow. I am too old to work for anybody but, I needed something to keep my brain active. It has been a challenge. Tomorrow is supposed to be rainy, so I have it pulled into the heated garage ready to have some "therapy time" working on what I love to do tomorrow. Enjoy your project. ...J.D.
