Just wanted to post to say "hello" to everyone. I currently own a '59 TR3A that's in the process of a cosmetic restoration - new paint and carpets. I've owned the car since 1978, but never bothered to get a decent paint job. I'm also guilty of letting the car become a home for our cats, who have pretty well made a mess of the interior. It still runs, though, and with any luck, I'll have it back on the road by spring.

Once it's on the road, I hope to find advice and encouragement on this forum.

Welcome aboard! A very helpful and friendly group here.

Just curious, eastern or western PA? I grew up in Johnstown.

Welcome, its great to have another TR owner on here, and may I add I'm jealous. I've always loved the TR3 more than almost any other British car.

Hope I'm posting properly here. I'm in Hershey Pa. We say it's South Central, but I consider it eastern PA.

waltesefalcon, I see that you've got a couple of Spits. My very first car was a '70 Spit that I dearly loved. Of course, I suppose we all love our first car the most.
