Hi everyone. I bought a 1973 MG midget on ebay last year, totally stripped, panels repaired, rust eliminated, prepped with POR15, and waiting for someone to assume the rebuild. It all started with seeing this ebay ad, and finding 'RaysMG' website with his tremendous 73'. I knew I had to do my own! I've never owned a Midget before, and only drove one once before about 10 years ago. I've had a 74 MGB-GT, a 74 MGB (see photos: https://picasaweb.google.com/minorsands/1974mgb), and a 79 Triumph Spitfire. I have now come to fully realize the superiority of the Spridget! My plans are for a complete restoration of the body, engine rebuild, Nissan 210 transmission, Frontline brakes, hardened axels, tapered front bearings, Superlite wheels, and a few other goodies along the way.
