I have just joined the forum and wanted to introduce myself, Brad Wik. I have owned British Cars since 1969. My first car was a 1966 MG Midget that my girlfriend's father told me about (girlfriend has been my wife since getting back from Vietnam in 1971). Since then I have owned 4- MGBs, 1-MGC, 1 MGA, an Austin Healey 3000, 2-Bugeyes, 4-Jaguars sedans, a 1969 E-type 2+2 (owned for 37 years), a 1969 E-type Roadster, Triumphs, including 3-TR6s, 1-TR7, 3-TR8s and a Triumph Stag. In the past I owned and operated Brad's British Cars, Inc., repairing and restoring the cars by myself. Since then I retired, enabling me to work on my own cars and enjoy them a little more. I am living at the top of the mitten in Michigan and currently own a 1969 Jaguar E-type roadster, a 1971 Triumph Stag, a 1981 Triumph TR8 and a1961 MGA roadster. The Stag I restored (purchased in 2012), the TR8 was purchased in 2004. The MGA was given to me by a past client's son in 2024 and the E-type roadster was purchased in February 2025. I am looking for some like minded people here in the area to form a club to get together and have some fun. Great to be in the forum!

Welcome Brad
Great seeing you on here. Your British car friends miss you here in South Carolina! We enjoyed visiting your home in Michigan a few years ago. I could not make it through the winters you have up there though.....
Eric
