Anybody know where the power comes from to the + on the coil?
In 75 & 6 a resistor wire was added, and remembering my older TR6 which was so much fun, ran far better, I an attempting to take my car back to earlier days.such as vacuum advance instead of retard.
All is done except the final hook up, so nervous. I also changed the coil back to a 12v 3.2ohm, i.e. full 12V running, without resistor wire.
Any offerings greatfully accepted.

Thankyou for the ‘welcome’.
I have yet to find my way to the apppropriate (Triumph) forum.
Click on the "Forums" tab above. Then scroll down to the word "Triumph" and click that - now you will be in the Triumph forum. (Unless you are on a smart phone, in which case, tap the three lines in the upper left of the screen, then tape "Forums" and then scroll down to "Triumph."
